I think after years of MMORPGs, the 3rd-person perspective really started to grow on me. Even though I spent thousands of hours in the late 90s/early 2ks fragging people in games like Half-life, somewhere along the way the first-person perspective started looking a little weird to me. In any case, it never hurts to know how to do both, right?
I picked up the LITE version of this Third Person Controller by Invector and figured out how to use it… and by “use it,” I mean, take the defaults. (More on this later!) I haven’t bought the full version yet but I suspect I will.
